quick check-in room upgrade ideal location slow service overcooked eggs outdated hairdryer
The check-in process was quick. i received an upgrade to a larger room. It was a beautiful king room. the location is ideal for exploring the area.
The service was slow and not very friendly. breakfast was disappointing, with overcooked eggs. the hairdryer reminded me of a 90s motel. I had to keep a button pressed for it to work.

The location is FANTASTIC. The room was perfect with amenities, a wonderful bathtub, and a shower. The bed was comfortable, and everything smelled good.
My room had one VERY tiny window. It offered very little natural light. The room felt dark most of the time.

The concierge staff were great. They planned a better stay than I could have imagined. Breakfast was delicious. The location was central (near many attractions).
The hairdryer was like one from a motel. I had to hold down a button.

The staff consistently asked if they could assist. A dedicated guest relations team fulfilled every request. The porters and concierge provided really good assistance (making the visit nice).

friendly staff comfortable bed christmas decorations
the staff was friendly and professional, from the doormen to the housekeeping team (they kept everything super clean). my room was well-kept and the bed offered great comfort for restful sleep. i appreciated the christmas decorations as i visited before the holidays.
the room had a small window, feel a bit dark (i would have preferred more natural light).

The Junior Suite was spacious. It included an extra bed (so thoughtful!). The Green Bar was the perfect spot for drinks. Tommy at the front door helped us with taxis.
The service was slow. Breakfast had overcooked eggs. The hairdryer was old. You have to hold a button for air.
